About sizes

1) The quoted size is always the big side. (See the diagram)
2) The small side is always 60mm less than the big side (See the diagram again)
The 'Precious Platemakers' are different.
3) Apart from giving dimensions we (loosely) use the descriptions 'Soy, Condiment, Dessert, Main, Serving and Platter' to describe the intended use of the plates which will be made from the moulds in question.
This does not take account of which kind of food you are serving. ie Fish and Chips may need a much larger plate than a Risotto.
Please use these descriptions in conjunction with the measurements.
